Please fill out your instrument serial number, which is found on the back side of your electronics unit, to register an account. For instruments delivered from July 2006 you may also find your instrument serial number on the back of your software CD that was supplied with your instrument. You may e-mail us if there are any problems.
The format for the serial number should be one of the following:
U8003001 (E4 or E1)
QE401-0001 (E4 or E1)
QE401-F0001 (E4 or E1)
QS1000A1001234 (D300)
Please make sure the number you enter follow this format and make sure there are no extra dashes or spaces. This will make your registration process quicker.
