Q-Sense AB carries out a new share issue

At an extra share holders´ meeting on February 28th it was decided to carry out a new issue of shares to new owner Banco Fonder and present owner Biolin Medical AB at a value of close to 9 MSEK. The additional capital will finance a market entry to USA and establishment of distributors on the major European markets.
