Q-Sense offers service agreements at two different levels, and one-time reviews:
Service agreement level 1 Free preventive maintenace check once per year. Free labour time on repairs, 50% on parts. For an additional cost a replacement unit will be sent during repair
Service agreement level 2 Free preventive maintenace check once per year. Free labour time on repairs, free parts. Free replacement unit will be sent during repair.
One-time service review Preventive service offered to any instrument not covered by service contracts, regardless of age. Consumables replaced. Spare parts not included.
