A range of service options are available to meet your needs and budget. Q-Sense offers three different levels of service agreement1. We are confident you will find a plan that suits your needs.

PREMIUM - Onsite annual preventative maintenance visit, scheduled to fit around your work and minimize downtime.

BASIC – Annual preventative maintenance at our service center at an affordable, fixed price.

REPAIR – Extend the benefits of a first year warranty throughout the life of your instrument.

Preventative service offered on any instrument not covered by service contracts, regardless of age. Replacement parts and shipping are not included.
